Heaven Man Earth Internal Arts International (HME) is a full-time international martial arts school let by Sifu Adam Mizner, with branch schools in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia.
Sifu Adam Mizner has a solid and fast growing reputation as a luminary in internal practices, and is well respected by his peers for his comprehensive devotion to the arts and his admirable character, with a steady influx of private students flying in from around the world throughout the year. HME offers a few 7 day training camps in Europe, 4 day workshops in the US, and other workshops in Europe, Australia and Asia.
Sifu Adam Mizner began on the martial arts path in his early teens, studying kung fu, chi gong and taijiquan (tai chi) under Sifu Henry Sue, as well as the spiritual disciplines of Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism, and ‘Complete Reality’ Taoism. In pursuit of “the heightened mind”, Mizner has since pursued full-time training in Asia and Australia, spending vast periods of time in temples. In Australia, he also undertook an intensive, live-in initiation into the hermetic sciences (a Western metaphysical tradition) over several years with Sifu Mark Rasmus, while also mastering rieki learning Thai and Chinese massage.
After gaining a solid foundation and advancing quickly through dedication and natural ability as well as through years of teaching taijiquan, meditation, chi gong and kung fu, Sifu Mizner founded Heaven Man Earth Taiji International. The organisation teaches the Huang style of taiji, originally taught to Mizner by Sifus Rasmus and Cotgreave, which Mizner now studies under Sifus Yek and Lau of Malaysia, both direct disciples of master Huang Sheng Shyan. Though he now lives in Thailand, Mizner oversees the international Heaven Man Earth schools overseas.

Qigong Bonesetting is a profound method to correct injuries and damage in the skeletal structure thus affecting the soft tissue and nervous system, the qi flow and mental wellbeing. Qigong Bonesetting can only be learned and performed by martial arts experts as it requires a high level command over the internal force, or jin, and a refined level of ting jin, the ability to feel deep inside the body of the patient. Sifu Adam Mizner learned Qigong Bonesetting of the Chianghsia bonesetting sect from Sifu Richard Huang. It is because of these high requirements that this method is almost lost, even in mainland China, and has been replaced by modern “bonesetting” techniques which resemble the standard chiropractic techniques found all over the world. The two methods are as far apart as heaven and earth.
The Dhamma is the universal law, it is the truth that is at the essence of the spiritual work. Through the practice of restraint, meditation and insight one realizes this truth for oneself.
Adam Mizner teaches classes and workshops derived from his experience with traditional meditation methods of Daoist, Hermetic and Buddhist traditions. The teachings are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners and vary from methods for everyday life to deep retreat practice aimed at achieving Samadhi. Adam is well known for his ability to help meditators get past blocks in their personal development and to guide practitioners step by step through the stages of meditation. The tricks of the trade realized from his devoted practice since 1997 bring an alive and honest expression to the teachings and the practice.
Nei Gong literally means internal skill. It is a broad term referring to a spectrum of internal work within the Chinese traditions. The purpose of nei gong is to create an ongoing transformation within the practitioner, it is a practice of self cultivation. The classic description of this transformation is one from the gross to the subtle, from Jing to Qi to Shen. These exercise as well as acting as a catalyst for this transformation can also serve more immediate goals from the martial, to health and spiritual. Different exercises are used to move through the transformation within one’s internal (nei) world. these can include jibengong, qi gong, song gong, jin gong as well as various meditations and alchemical practices.
